My name is Ralf Emanuel and I've been working in the IT industry for more than 30 years. Having started as a software developer in the 1990s, I quickly realized that the software-based automation of business processes would make up the future, and soon took over the planning and supervision of international IT projects. I usually held both commercial and technical responsibility for such projects within a scope ranging from 10 thousand to 100 million EUR.
My previous clients included airlines, hotel groups, rental cars, metropolises, financial institutions, municipalities, as well as many other medium-sized companies. I regard a respectful, value-driven attitude in a motivated, future-oriented team as prerequisite for a successful cooperation.
During my career, I founded two IT companies and successfully led them across an international customer base for many years. I was responsible for international teams of up to 50 employees, both in terms of discipline and expertise.
Today, I incorporate my comprehensive experience in the planning and management of complex IT projects into your company as virtual CISO.
